May 21, 2008 Wednesday Location: Smithville School
Pack 77 Meeting
The location is the Smithville School cafeteria. The school is closer to Moss Mill Rd. than the map shows and on the west side of Old Port Republic Rd.. We generally do a pre-meeting activity starting at 6:50 with the meeting getting underway at about 7:05 or so and lasting until 8. If you could perform for about 35-40 minutes (and we'll leave what that entails up to you) that would be great. You could go on after we open the meeting with the flag salute and opening prayer. We have awards to give out, but I'm thnking we can do that at about 7:45-7:50, so that we don't break up your routine.

Brigantine School: Arts Night
The program starts at 6:30pm. They would like us to set up a display table and walk around in our regalia to answer questions and to talk to the people that will be there. They are hoping for about 200 participants and another 1,500 guests there to watch and learn. Then they would like us to have a short small Pow wow like song or two around 8:30. At 8:30 they will be closing out the program and they would like us to help with that.
