“Floyd and the gang from the Rivoli Theater” are pictured in this photograph from the 1940s. The theater was located on the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Third Street. It was later converted into an office building.

The People’s Bank building, formerly located on the corner of Bellevue and Central Avenues was later moved to the corner of Central Avenue and Vine Street and is now the Clerk’s Office.
