Moore, a beloved theatrical figure, was born (12th St, near Chew) and raised in Hammonton. By 1894 Moore was touring the country in various shows. He also added motion pictures to his career. His last contribution to film was as a plumber in the famed bubble bath scene with Marilyn Monroe in the “Seven Year Itch”. Victor Moore died of a heart attack July 23, 1962.
