When an Atlantic County man and wife were kidnapped, robbed, and terrorized last year, it was a Crime Stopper tipster who led police to the door of the perpetrator. That tipster made a difference.
When citizens in one neighborhood had information that drugs were being sold from a nearby house, they called the Crime Stopper hotline and the dealer was arrested. Those citizens made a difference.
When a viewer of the Crime Stopper television broadcast recognized the photo of a fugitive wanted in Atlantic County and anonymously called the hotline, Deputies made the arrest within 15 minutes. That viewer, too, made a difference.
