  • Habitat For Humanity Atlantic County started building the first Egg Harbor Township home in July 2001.
  • The groundbreaking ceremony on the site, which is located at 4033 Ivins Ave. in Egg Harbor Township, was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2001.
  • The new Habitat house project is supported by the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors. The Board of Realtors have consistently provided affiliate support through various events, including the Silent Auction. Their generosity and willingness to give of themselves continues to help local Habitat families achieve their dream of owning a home.
  • In addition to the Board of Realtors, invited participants in the groundbreaking included the Mayor of Egg Harbor Twp. and members of Twp. Council and Habitat Board members.
