| Nov. 30 Concert Supports Habitat On Friday evening, November 30th, 2001, the award winning duo of Leslie Ritter and Scott Petito will perform at the Presbyterian Church, 6001 Main in Mays Landing. These two talented performers combine folk and pop music in a unique, magical way. Leslie is an accomplished vocalist and songwriter. Scott’s bass and guitar work is creative and emotional. Their acclaimed album, “In The Silence”, was reviewed as “...music so gorgeous you can almost see it... .the musical equivalent of a Monet painting..” by Steve Israel of the Times Herald Record. The duo’s studio credits include; James Taylor, Keith Richards, Dave Brubeck, Dr. John, Livingston Taylor, and many others. Tickets are $15.00 each and all proceeds will benefit the Atlantic County Chapter of Habitat For Humanity. Tickets will be sold in advance due to limited seating. Habitat For Humanity received a contribution of $2,500 from the Margate Business Association. In spite of the cold and rainy weather, many volunteers from our affiliate as well as Absegami H.S. Campus Chapter, gave of their time and energy to help make the event a success. A
