It takes sponsors, golfers, hole sponsors, donors and many volunteer hours to raise over $14,000 and you made it possible. Thanks to all of you. It is with great appreciation and gratitude that we send this note to you. We value your support as we continue to reach the goal of eliminating poverty housing in Atlantic County. We do ask that you patronize the businesses that so generously gave to this organization.

In case you haven’t heard, our second annual  (2001) golf tournament to benefit Habitat For Humanity Atlantic County, Inc. was a success. With your generous donations and support we raised a substantial amount of money to help build the house on the land in Egg Harbor Township acquired using the funds from our first annual golf tournament last year.

On July 15, 2001 seventy-nine (79) golfers enjoyed 18 holes of golf at Mays Landing Golf Club and we could not have done it without you. It is indeed humbling to ask for money, prizes and valuable time and we are grateful to you for your support. We hope you will remain interested and involved in our goal to provide decent, affordable housing to God’s people in need. Thank you.

Sincerely,

The Golf Committee
